Missing Calls & SMS/MMS in 4.3

I just updtated to 4.3 earlier today and since the update, I have not been recieving any text messages or phone calls. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

(stock GS4, AT&T, sideloaded Google Experience Launcher)

I get phone calls but no text. Sucks

My HTC one (AT&T) just quit sending texts. Seems to be chronic.

After some research, I put my sim card into another phone (an iPhone to be exact) and had the same issue. I'd be willing to bet you guys will have the same result. Looks like I'll be having a chat with AT&T tomorrow.

I had an issue with the same thing tonight. after a few hours, everything seems to be ok now

So weird. I wonder if its a system issue. Living here in Arizona, and everything seems to be working fine now.

Maybe the issue cleared up. I just checked since I don't IM much and it still works from South Florida.
