Is it not possible to boot into recovery mode while the s4 is charging? I tried but it didn't work...

I don't think so. I think you can plug it in once the update starts tho. To be safe I charged to 100 then applied the update.

I found another feature that's more of a pet peeve for me. When I get a notification I like to swipe down the notification shade and click it. Now it still opens but I have to swipe the lock screen to see it. Annoying since I don't have a Pw on my phone.

I've found a problem that someone else already reported before.

Every time my phone is in a WiFi area I actually have to turn the WiFi off and on for it to connect.

I hate that! 😠😡

That's weird, saw one more person on Sprint forums saying same thing. Do you by any chance do a factory reset after an OS update? Just for grins, give it a try?

I know many people recommend that. But I've never done it since I don't want to back up everything, I'm lazy that way. And also because I've never needed to do it in the first place.

I'll just deal with it, it doesn't hurt, just nags me a bit.
If I find more problems that bother me more, then I'll most likely do a factory reset.
For now, I won't.

Well, I woke up today to a new update. I hope it fixes my problem.
Btw, I have Sprint.
