$30 line transfer question.

I have a Galaxy Nexus as my daily driver. I also have a spare RAZR as a backup. From what I understand all I have to do is pull my sim card from my Nexus and put it in the RAZR to use it, right? Will Verizon charge me 30 bucks every time I do this?

Just make sure if you won't another phone activated to call them, because they do need the ESN to link the phone to the SIM card.
