I downloaded the update this morning and when the phone restarted, it was gone. I contacted Motorola and they are going to fix it. Has anyone else had this problem? I didn't contact Verizon because I figured they wouldn't do anything.

Seems to have bricked mine too. It is stuck at the bootloader screen. It says "Err"A5,70,00,00,23"

That is the same thing that happened to us. Ours should arrive at Motorola's repair center today and we should have it back in 5-7 business days. Hubby is pretty upset about not having a phone right now.

Well found out today that Motorola could not fix the phone, so they are sending a replacement. Hubby will have to recreate his contacts since the phone died before we could back it up, but at least we will not have to pay for a replacement phone.

Have a question along the same lines. Any way to stop ota's without rooting phone? Trying to stop. 621 from even downloading. Nevermind.
