After update android pie microphone from the any bluetooth earphone not working

after updated to android pie throug ota, i can not record or send voice message through the bluetooth headphone, iam using airpod, i tried with couple of other bluetooth headphone too, all having the same problem,

when iam using whatsapp or calling with thirdparty apps like imo with bluetooth headphone, the phone' internal mic is working, and the other end could hear my voice, if i hold and close the phone's internal mic with my finger the other end could not hear my voice,

i already factory reset my phone twice, but still having the issue,

The same happened to my Note 9
I tried it with Apple Airpod, Sony WH-CH500, JBL UA and AKG Y50BT.

I factory reset... no way.

Please any solution.
