The Gear S2 charges at the rate of 1% every 2 minutes. I spend 45 minutes each way to/from work, so what better way to charge my S2 by 45% while I am driving and don't need to keep a step count.
I happen to have an Aukey Magnetic Cradle-less Car Air Vent Mount.
I noticed the diameter of this mount is almost identical to the S2 Wireless Charger, so I decided to stick the Aukey metal plate to the bottom of the Wireless Charger.
Great Success!
Next move was placing a Velcro square on the bottom
And I happen to have an empty spot on my AC Controls that allows it to sit beautifully out of the way
Works for me. There is still a strong enough magnetic pull with the Velcro attached, so now I have an option. Maybe leave the Aukey mount in my wife's car, and stick with the Velcro.
