My wife has a V40 ThinQ (on Sprint), and something odd is happening with Google Messages. She no longer has RCS features when talking to myself or our kid. In fact, there now seems to be some disconnect between her contacts and Messages, such that our photos and names no longer appear in our texting threads. It just shows our phone numbers. Videos now look terrible. She isn't getting feedback when messages are read or another person is typing.
All the chat setting seem right. She is worried about doing anything that will delete these conversations. Not sure what to do at this point. On my end, I can see when she is typing, when she's read my message, etc.
