Headphone jack problems on Galaxy Centura

I have a Samsung galaxy centura and the headphone jack is junk. I can barely hear the music and it had a lot of static. I tried the dental brush and rubbing alcohol trick which helped, but it's still pretty bad. I have a parts galaxy centura with a good one, but how do I take the jack out of it to put in my current phone? Also, does any online stores sell just the headphone jack for these?
