How do I move past the sign0in screen on my Amazon Store App?

Amazon App Store Stuck on Sign-In Screen

Hi,

I installed Amazon.co.uk App Store on my Samsung S4 phone (I-9505) without any problem. I logged in and managed to install an app.

I then installed the Amazon.co.uk App Store App on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and it installed. When it gets stuck on the Sign in Screen. When I tap on the text-box into which I am expected to type in my email nothing comes up. Taping on the Create an Account button does noting and the hyperlinks on the page do not respond.

It there a way I can either manually enter these settings or maybe copy them from my S4.

Try uninstalling and the re-installing the app and see if it helps.
Let us know if that works.

Hi Mav,

I did that but no joy. I created a youTube video but don't have enough posts to list it (appreciate if someone can maybe list if for me).

I would be happy if I could either transfer the settings from my S4 to the Galaxy Tab or maybe transfer the apk.
