Okay, the other day I saw a gently used and refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910A phone on ebay for a very reasonable price. When I checked bands and frequencies for this phone, directly from Samsung's web site I see the following information: (direct copy-n-paste from samsung.com)

Frequencies and Data Type
2G GSM : 850/900/1800/1900;
3G WCDMA : Band I/Band II/Band V;
4G (LTE Cat 4 150/50Mbps) : B2 / B4 / B5 / B12 / B17

Which lacks the frequencies for some reason

whereas, when I check the band/freq. spec.s for SM-N910T, which is the T-Mobile version of the same phone, I am seeing this:
(again, direct copy-n-paste from samsung.com)

Frequencies and Data Type
2G GSM : GSM850, GSM900, DCS1800, PCS1900
3G UMTS(WCDMA) : B1(2100), B2(1900), B4(AWS), B5(850)
4G LTE FDD : B1(2100), B2(1900), B3(1800), B4(AWS), B5(850), B7(2600), B8(900), B12(700), B17(700)

I really want to buy this phone, just for the price/quality perspective but I want to use it on the T-Mobile network. T-Mobile veriety of these phones never go on sale. I checked eBay and Swappa, but nothing came close to this price/quality point on T-Mobile version.

What are my chances of using this phone on T-Mobile network and getting fast speeds. I am not talking about 15-20 mbits/sec, but I don't want to get stuck with 500-700 kbits/sec speeds either. My main location of use is greater Los Angeles, CA area with occasional trips to Europe (hence being in favor of T-Mobile for free data in Europe)
