How to directly sync all of Outlook to Android?

Hi.
I wish to directly sync my home (not online) version of Microsoft Outlook to my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy s7).
I used to use a program called moffice, but now it is not supported by its creator.

I am looking for a cheap or free alternative that will sync my PC version of Microsoft Outlook with my Android phone.
I need it to sync my Calendar, my Tasks, my Notes. I do not need it to sync my contacts, nor my email.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

2 ways: online autosync and offline manual sync.

1. Online - connect your Outlook to an Outlook.com account, then add that account to your S7 and you're good to go.

2. Offline - download SmartSwitch for PC from Samsung website. Install it, then plug the phone in. Click sync to Outlook.
