Hello Everyone,
I have a Kindle Fire HD 7" that is stuck at the logo screen when the device boots up. The screen isn't frozen, it is just at the logo that keeps shimmering. I tried connecting the device to my laptop, but since the device is still in the "boot up" process it will not mount to my computer. I have tried the hard reset about 10 times and it still does not fix it. I have noticed as well that the one side feels really warm when it is turned on for a little bit as well. Not sure if that is related or not. Please Help!
