Htc sensation xl wont charge or turn on

my HTC SENSATION XL won't charge or turn on, it was working fine up until last night but when I went to charge it after it had died, the red light flahsed for a tiny bit but then stopped. It won't charge or turn on at all.

it's not my charger as I have tried other phones on them and they work fine.

Might be the battery in your device or your USB port on your device.

Try plugging in the charger and leave charging for 4 hours or more. When you run the battery completely down, the system takes some time to recover and charge.

Leave it charging for 24 hours. Or, if that still doesn't charge it, it may need a precharge. Get an external charger like http://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Univer...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU5196173 - I've brought more than one "it's too dead to charge" battery back to life using that one.
