I bricked my phone and I need help fixing it!

Can someone help me? I bricked my Alcatel One Touch FoerceXL for the first time, and I don't know how to fix it. To clarify, I do know how to fix it, but the public computers I use (I don't have a PC) are freaking useless. I have the program that lets the user unbrick phones but I cant get the adb driver to work and be recognized by the program. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal out of this but the phone I bricked is still in service, so I have to get it working like yesterday. I don't know anything about adb sideloading and my other phone is locked on a different network. Please Help!

Find a non-public computer so you can install the driver. Then find the program that flashes the ROM, and a ROM-image file to flash. (Make sure that the image file is for that particular model Alcatel One Touch, or you'll just brick the phone differently.)

Does image count as a .img file around 32mb in size, one for ROM and one for kernel? If it does I have backups of both on Google Drive.
