I need help with circle on my screen

[Android Central Question]

Samsung Galaxy 10A. Their is a translucent blue bubble on my screen. What is it for n how 2 remove it?

Does it show if you take a screen shot? If so, it's something from whatever app is showing on the screen. (The home pages are part of the launcher app.) If not, it's screen burn-in.
