Lock screen Shortcuts

Is there any way to change these? I have tried everything I can think of.

Whatever apps you have on your dock when the phone is unlocked, is what shows up on the lock screen.

Nope. I believe only the HTC Rezound let you have a different dock and lock screen.

Figured it out. Only works off of stock launcher. Must change before changing launchers.
