Hello Forums!
I am facing an issue on my mobile Samsung Galaxy J5(2015) with an MicroSD card. The problem is that few days ago I was saving and viewing pictures and then I got to storage and clicked on my SD card to see it's properties but accidently unmounted it I mounted it back but after that I'm unable to save, delete. The stock camera is also giving error (Unable to save on MicroSD card, storage changed to default storage). I've tried to format the card but the data comes back. I only have pictures and videos in SD card no music no apps. The card is 16GB and there is still 5GB space left. No update has been done to mobile or any other apps. I also can't connect it to PC. PC reads all the data but doesn't show anything in it(sometimes it does if I keep reconnecting several times). I also have enabled USB debugging.
Thanks

The SD card could be corrupt, defective, or counterfeit. Install SD Insight to see if the card is genuine or counterfeit. Counterfeit cards are programmed to report more storage than they actually have, and if you try saving more than the card can actually hold, then files can start getting corrupt. (Be aware that SD Insight might not work on all Nougat or above devices.)

If it's a valid card, then go to Settings>Storage, Unmount the card, remove it, and insert it into your computer. Can the computer read these files? Backup as much as you can right now, then run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html.
