My phone Couldn't charge because my percentage battery stuck at 100%

When I use Ampere app on play store it is show 0 MaH Charging when I plugged charge, (the percentage always 100% but sometimes/rare it show real percentage like 4% or 9 % and in the Ampere App show the battery but in a second the percentage back to 100% and stop charging...
How to set to non activate battery smart charge ( cut the charge flow to battery when reach some percentage), my phone lenovo p2 and using Costum rom Corvus os.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure the battery can't charge, or is it just that the battery level indicator isn't working properly? It sounds more like the latter, and probably has to do with your custom ROM.
