My phone keeps restarting a minute or two after I'm on it.

I dropped my phone in the pool. I took every thing out and layed it in rice for a day now. Everything works fine but when I start using my phone it keeps restarting. Is it the battery that's making it restart or the actual phone? Do you think i should leave the phone and battery in the rice longer or buy a new battery?
