Hi,

I went to the Samsung website to get updates on software for my galaxy S7 Edge phone which I purchased in March.

I had to type in the model# which is SM-G935A . But they listed 3 versions of that # ………………
SM-G935AZDAATT ,
SM-G935AZKAATT ,
SM-G935AZSAATT

How do I find out which applies to my phone ? AT&T is my provider. I can’t find any listing of these extended model #’s in the “About” section of my phone.

I went to the Samsung website because after clicking on "Software Update", my security software was not getting updated.

Thanks

A Google search shows that those appear to be the different color options.

SM-G935AZDAATT is gold
SM-G935AZKAATT is black
SM-G935AZSAATT is silver

I cannot say with absolute certainty that they use the same software, but it is extremely likely that they do.

Regarding your updates, I'd expect that since you have a carrier-branded device, your updates will come from AT&T, not directly from Samsung. Sometimes you have to force the device to do the update check too.
