Nexus 4 getting too hot?

Hi guys! Mine's temperature when I wake up is 29 C. Then I use it for Max Payne Mobile. And that too on highest graphics, highest brightness. In 5 mins it gets up to 34 C. Then after 10 min more it gets up to 39?C. Then in 5 min more it gets up to 41?C. Then I close the game and charge the battery and within 10 mins it goes back down to 30?C. It shouldn't go up to 50C. But it is normal. I got mine less than a month ago. But it is fast! I used to play Max Payne on my PC. And my nexus 4 plays it faster than my i5. So there is a reason for getting hot. It can burn the processor or maybe crack the back or the screen. And you can't use it because the screen gets hot too. You wouldn't wanna touch the stove that hot like a toy.

This is very abnormal.
The highest temp I've gotten on my N4 on stock Jelly Bean is 40C in room temperature; and this was when playing some pretty demanding games.
The highest temp not on stock is 53C on a Alpha build of Paranoid Android with the Franco's kernel on its default values.
If I was you I would call and tell the reps about this

running a mobile 1.5gz quad with adreno 320 at 40c while gaming, that 12 degrees hotter than my room?
is it water cooled?

I am facing a problem .my nexus device gets hot in only 4/5 mins.it also gets hot when its being charged.now what should i do?
