Note 4 Clock time is slow/Lagging, how can I fix this?

Note 4 Clock time is slow/Lagging

So I have had the Note 4 for about 2 months now, Switched over from being a long time IPhone user. I've noticed that the clock on my lock screen seems to be lagging. When I press the home keep to wake up the phone I notice that the clock will change. Example: If the clock says 12:30 before the screen turns black then I turn it on using the home key at around 12:45 it actually takes a second to change to the correct time! Has anyone else experienced this or am I just going crazy? Is something wrong with the software, the phone or is this not a problem at all?

I sort of noticed this. Well, my phone ended up being 6 mins late after 5 months. In settings under "Date and Time" I changed from inputted time (or set time), and selected automatic date and time. This uses the network provided time. Time hasnt been slow since!
