Odin keeps failing when flashing stock firmware

I am trying to u root my Samsung galaxy s4 with odin and it keeps failing. I have read lots of threads but have not found an answer. I tried using odin version 185, 3.07 and 3.09. I do not have Kies installed on my computer anymore and my USB drivers are up to date. Does anyone have any advice about fixing this?

I never got Odin to work either on my Note 5 so I had to use Kies. That may be your only choice.
