Outlook folders missing on App

[Android Central Question]

I have a Microsoft 365 subscription for Business and use all their Apps on the desktop and laptop.

I am unable to use the Outlook app on Android (OnePlus 9) as the folders that I can see everywhere else are missing on the Outlook app.

I can access the folders if I use any other program but Outlook. How is this possible?

Any solutions yet to this situation?
