phone got locked

Till last night it was working good . But since two hours am seeing the mob is giving me the option to " Try Again in 60 mins " . When this so long 60 min finishes , even without asking a password or a fingerprint. ... it again shows try again in 60 mins . I tried restarting the device as well but nothing helped . Please tell me a way to unlock my phone .

First, wait 70 minutes (yes, 70).
Using a computer or other device, using a web browser go to your google account and see what options are there for resetting the PIN on the phone.
