phone wont power on

drop phone and liquids but didnot submerge all the way in liquids just halfway in liquid. tried to power the phone off phone powered off by self. place phone in rice could not get the power back on.I bought an emergency kit from Walmart could not get the power back on when plugged into the computer notice a green light.is there any help for my Motorola Droid 4 xt894?

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, there probably isn't much you can do. It doesn't matter if the phone wasn't submerged completely in liquid--if liquid got inside the phone, the damage has been done. The rice trick sometimes helps, but not always. Sorry!
