It's been a while since I've had a new phone model.
1. I walked into my carrier store and asked them how to switch the SIM card (because I thought there was new SIM chip tech or something). The guy at the desk just switched the SIM card like any other old phone. ... BUT LATER, I find something curious -- under PHONE app > Supplementary services > A message dialog at bottom "FAILED TO READ DATA. Something went wrong. Check your SIM card or network connection, then try again. (OK)"
2. Still under PHONE app > Supplementary services > Fixed dialing numbers > Turn on FDN "Enter PIN2" 10 attempts left.... <-- what is this?
3. So this part is a bit of super-OCD or something... can I or how do I proceed to extract all my personal data from my old phone into one folder?
4. What's the best way to have a "clean copy" (as in avoiding possible malware from old phone) of old phone apps & setup on the new phone?
Thanks evry1,
hoping to hear from u'all
