OP's basically trying to retrieve data from the phone, rather than making it usable again -- but if it can't be booted normally due to corrupt firmware, is there any way to reflash a clean ROM without wiping the phone?

It's a risk , can try flash the stock firmware with using home CSC see it won't factory reset

Thankyou B.Diddy, you are correct, i dont care about using the phone again, i just want to data off of it . Im even happy to do it via some kind of android recovery program but i have no idea if it would work etc.
