Samsung Galaxy note pro 12.2 has problems with s pen and charging and battery drain

so i got my galaxy note pro 12.2 yesterday and its been having problems charging and also battery drain and the s pen seems like a piece of garbage it works some times but most of the time i have to press something 10 times for it to finally work. and with the charging i use a standard android charger and it seems to get about 5% every hour.

It sounds defective. I'd return it for an exchange or refund. Do it sooner rather than later, because the return window is probably pretty short, and they warranty is limited (probably to 90 days).

but it said that it was new on amazon so im actually not really sure

Whether it's new or refurbished, it still seems defective, so I'd still contact Amazon or the seller on Amazon, and request an exchange or refund.
