The bank I use sends an automatic phone call when you set up a new transfer, which you need to verify with a number on the computer screen onto your phone. I've done this with my older mobile phones and it worked perfectly.
I got a new Samsung J3 and a sim from Plusnet and I've just noticed now that I don't receive the call. The phone doesn't ring or show anything on the screen, and three hours later I get a voicemail which has the automatic bank robot telling me to input the verification.
When my friend calls me the phone rings straight away, Where I'm sitting to receive the bank call definitely has phone signal.
Is there an automatic blocker/spam filter on the phone that could be blocking calls from my bank, or any other setting that could be causing this?
