Sony Xperia Z3v problem

[AC Question]

I lost my charging port cover a few months back. Yesterday I put some tape over the port to keep it from getting wet. I went in my pool and took some pictures. After taking off the tape it was fully dry. Later that day i dropped my phone on concrete. The phone started to vibrate insanely and wouldn't stop even if it was off. I fixed that problem, but now the phone presses random things and it speaks to me. How can I fix this?

Don't take it in water without the correct ports being properly covered and don't drop it on concrete try speaking to a repair shop, see if they can have a look at it internally.
