stock video player issue

Hi all, first ever post on here, got a strange issue which I've trolled the internet for an answer and not found one, basically the issue I have is any video in my gallery I've taken, downloaded etc such as film does not play now unless I ask it to open in video, everything is the same but the little circle that appears near the bottom which says play video has been replaced with play/pause and the length of the video, if I click it it plays but can't skip or zoom in as if I try it takes me to next video, only way I can do it is by clicking on settings where it asks me to open it in video and it works fine...has something changed overnight as it only happened yesterday, I'm on a note 10 plus 5g on Android 11 one UI 3.1, any help appreciated...

I have a note 10 plus 5g and it's the stock video player,any video I create or download and when in gallery it does this..cheers

Apologies for delay responding.. Did you find the issue? I tested on my stock app on my Fold 2 and it just plays
