I had all the problems n8ter had. I reverted back to GB and installed GO Launcher. Everything is fine now. As a matter of fact, going back to GB with GO Launcher was the best move I could have made. Here are the directions to flash it back yourself. I also highly recommend Swiftkey - the best keyboard out there.

I been using ics since the day it came out I did a fresh wipe and installed it then did a factory reset and I haven't had problems I would never go back to gingerbread no way people with problems u need to try a factory reset or wipe it clean cause it isn't the os gingerbread was a pos laggy crummy UI it looked old and ran old ics is leaps and bounds better anyway just posting my experience with ICS on the skyrocket
