What device did you come from just before getting a Note8?

Just in 2017, went through these

Nexus 6(Rooted & Custom ROM) -> iPhone 6s (to exp iOS) -> OnePlus 3T (Rooted & Custom ROM) -> S8 (Love it, still have it) -> Note 8.

Hopefully I'll keep the Note for a year at least.

iPhone 6s+ was my latest phone for last 2 years. The only other Android phone I've owned was a Galaxy S5 which I had for 6 months and then went back to iPhone.

Some slider phone, to S3, Note 4, to Note 8. Glad I went Android!

I keep a phone until I kill it. The S3 lasted a long time and is kinda still alive. Being used as an alarm clock and reminder. My Note 4 is still going but the charging port got to be too fickle. I use it here at my desk for alarms and the like.

For the old Note 4 you could always get a back cover with chip for wireless charging if you haven't already, think I paid 15 Euro for my fake s-view cover

I just traded my S8+ for a Note 8 after switching from AT&T to Sprint and getting a deal. My last Note was the Galaxy Note Edge. I don't know if it is the Note 8 or Sprint but my calls sound clearer than with the AT&T S8+, plus the Note 8 camera is terrific.
