Android Central Question

I have recently noticed that whenever I charge my phone, 250-300MBs are gone from internal memory. I restart my phone after that to check but it doesn't come back. I have tried to clear every app's cache separately also but issue isn't resolving. what maybe the problem?

i have
1- cleared all the cache
2 restarted it 2 3 time s after every charge
3 stopped apps from working
4 stopped all the going on processes from developer option s
5 i have even tried restricting background data useage.
nothing helped.
but i haven't tried factory reset though

I would try factory reset seems to be a deeper issue then clearing caches and stopping apps

You're talking about RAM, and not internal storage, right? It's possible that charging the phone causes the phone to open some power-related system app into RAM to help regulate the charging process. I highly doubt this is a virus.
