Why am I getting notifications from my Samsung messages app that my message has been delivered?

[Android Central Question]

Every time i send a message on my samsung messages app, i get a pop-up vibrating notification that says 'delivery report' 'delivered' for my messages. every message i deliver, my phone vibrates and i get a delivery report notification??? this is so annoying and i can't find how to turn it off......

Which Carrier? Some carriers have option in the stock Samsung message app , go in message app then 3 dots upper right corner tap go check all the menu there ,see if option to turn delivery report can be toggle off .
