Why is my Android Download Manager putting all my apps on pause ?

[AC Question]

It's impossible for me to update any Google Play apps,because my download manager only show me they're on 'Paused'.I need some help people,and fast ! I tried everything:
-I cleared my google play/services apps data+cache memories
-I restarted my phone from fabric
-I added a new google account and tried to download from that one

I CAN'T FIGURE A WAY TO DOWNLOAD MY APPS

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this happen on both wi-fi and and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Google Play Store (even if you've already done so). Now try again.

You didn't mention if this happens on both wi-fi and mobile data.

Did the phone come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to install it manually? If the latter, that would suggest the phone is not certified for Google Play, and therefore compatibility wouldn't be guaranteed.

Somehow it resolved over night.Thanks for the suggesions.But after I chared my phone in the morning was like nothing ever happened xD.

Nvm the bug is back xD.And by the way I had Google Play preinstalled,and updated automatically.

And no things seem to work for now

What do you mean by "no things seem to work for now"? Are you saying that nothing on the phone is responding? Or are there specific apps or services that aren't working properly? Or did you mean to say, "no, things seem to work for now" (i.e., everything is fine again)?

Hi I'm using Gionee G5 / problem occurred in both network wifi & mobile data.
