Volume bar keeps popping over screen

My DINC2 volume indicator light keeps popping up on the screen. Just any old time while I'm trying to input something.

Do you have a hard rubber phone case? Or a case without holes for the volume buttons.? I had the one verizon sells and returned it before I started my car in the parking lot. The case itself pushes the volume buttons!

If not i dont know. If its a software issue try a factory reset. If its a hardware issue and you're still under warranty (you should be) call vzw have them send you a replacement.
