Samsung Security update that comes up daily

I keep get this pop up that wants me to accept. I'm just wondering what this is? I currently have note 2 on Verizon with 4.2.2 not currently rooted. I'm just wondering if I should accept this.

It's Samsung's built in malware protection. Their phrasing of "policy update" is like an anti-virus app saying "definition update." It's part of their TouchWiz on Kit Kat.

From what I've read, if you don't accept it, it'll keep nagging you everyday.

I keep getting that as well and have continued to decline. Just not sure if it is a good thing or if I accept, am I giving Samsung more info about me and my phone?
