How do you get rid of this??

Ever since I updated to 4.1 Ive been getting this super annoying pop up that I cant stop. It keeps asking me if I want to switch to global mode everytime im in a fringe area, or in my house because I dont get good service there... Is there any way to shut this notification off?!

In order to change global mode on galaxy s3, you can disable this and switch back to LTE/CDMA and "deny" data roaming by going to Settings -> More Settings -> Mobile Networks.

OR

Just enable it.
