Calendar Appt. Private

Hello...
Not a huge deal, but I'm using the default mail app on my tb.
I have it hooked up to work email via Hosted Exchange using Active Sync.

On Outlook, webmail or my old blackberry I could mark an appointment private.
I don't see that option.... Is it not there or am I not looking far enough.

Private Appointment

I know it shouldn't be a big deal but this was on of my big pet peaves with android; not having the ability to enter private appointments. The issue was finally fixed on my original droid, and now, on my brand new Thunderbolt, the option is gone again. I'm not sure why, but I feel like I've taken a step backwards in functionality.

You can mark it as public or private if you're logged into the google calendar via a computer, but not on the phone.
