Replacement

So i contacted VM about getting a replacement for my optimus and they said they were going to send me one via FedEx and that it would in a week. So have any of you gotten a replacement before and what where your experiences with it. Also the lady i was speaking to got my email wrong, was it important to give the right email?

So as soon as I finished talking with the replacement department I logged into my account and fix my email so I hope that fixes that.
