zte phone power on issue

Hi, I got a new zte 967s phone the other day, and seem to have some issues when powering it on. If I press the power on button in the usual way, I get the start screen but it just turns off after a second or so. Then I found that if I first press the volume up button and while still pressed, I press the power on button, the phone does turn on - I think most of the time at least, or sometimes maybe on the second attempt. So is this normal? I tried a reset, but still seem to have the same issue. To turn off, I just have to press the power button in the normal way. Do you think I need some kind of update or something? Thanks

The same issue here.And another bug: cant charge the phone but switched off.
