Is there any way to encrypt my normal SMS when it delivered ?

I mean to say I am looking for such software which encrypt my normal SMS before it get delivered. As of now I am google for this I found some SecureSMS application on the google play by Mobimonster and Aglaya. So any one try software from these two provider If yes then please explain me how this work.
