Sms app disabled on locked phone

I have a phone that the menu is locked with the Samsung IAM&EMM app. The default messaging app is disabled by mistake. Can I reactivate it somehow without unlocking the IAM&EMM app?

Sounds to me like you are going to have to get the IAM & EMM admin to take care of it for you.

What would be the point, otherwise, if users could simply get around restrictions on their own?
