Android Central Question

i have a Samsung a20. Some water got inside and I think it did some damage on the temperature sensor of my phone. the device can't charge (but it knows that he was plugged in) and it doesn't boot. phone keep saying it's overheating but actually, it's not. It doesn't even have any heat in it . I tried putting it on the refrigerator to really cool it down (lol) but still keep saying that my phone is overheating. the only way i can open and boot it is by putting it on factory mode and pressing the reboot option. the phone will be accessible for like, 3- 4 minutes before it turn itself off again.

Is there a way i can bypass it? like, disable the sensor inside of it using software?
