S7 frozen screen picture.

The screen is frozen onto one picture. The phone cannot be switched off or operated in any way. While the screen is frozen on a bright screen the battery does not seem to run down.

That may need repairer attention.
Long-pressing Power + Volume Down may force a shutdown, but even if so, something seems obviously in need of attention.

Try holding the power button until screen turns off.
