Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried letting it charge on a wall outlet undisturbed for at least 6 hours, then pressing and holding Power for about 30 seconds to see if anything happens?

How long have you owned the phone? Do you have any warranty on it? Did you get it wet by accident?
