Hi... I have a nokia 5 running android 9 and ican't tap and hold on apps to uninstall it.

I can't uninstall and move apps around with tap and hold.

Welcome to Android Central! Does the screen otherwise respond to touch normally? Are you using the stock launcher or a 3rd party launcher? Long-press any empty part of the homescreen and select the homescreen settings -- is there an option to lock the homescreen setup (i.e., to prevent anyone from modifying how the icons are arranged)?
