Wifi & bluetooth not working! Toggles back!

[AC Question]

My phone (canvas 4...rooted) got wet in rain yesterday first touch dint work...the n i removed battery n cover n left it overnight. everything is fine except Bluetooth n wifi i turned it on... but it witches back off! And 2 months back same problem occured with data connection! I switch it on but it gets disabled . my phone was nt even rooted then! since then i had been using oly wifi!

Not a solution for ya... but I had a similar issue where BT would not turn off!
What I did was turn off and instantly switched the phone off.. on restarting the phone BT was off and now it seems to work as expected.. turn off/on
